Through contextual suggestions, emotional state tracking, and simplified onboarding, we made it easier for users to maintain consistent wellness routines. The redesign focused on calming visual design, inclusive UX writing, and emotion-driven interactions that support user well-being.
Post-test surveys showed 40% improvement in perceived calmness after session completion. The redesign increased daily engagement consistency and aligned the Headspace experience with a more empathetic, user-led design language.
